Roles & Permissions
| Role | Permissions | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features, settings, user management, and billing | Store owner, primary administrator |
| Manager | View/edit products, create/edit POs, adjust inventory, view analytics, manage suppliers | Operations manager, purchasing staff |
| Viewer | Read-only access to products, POs, inventory, analytics, suppliers | Warehouse staff, accountants, auditors |

Safety Rules
Protected Actions
- Cannot delete the last active admin user
- Cannot deactivate the last active admin user
- Cannot change role away from admin if it would leave no admins
- Cannot delete your own account
