Overview
The Alerts page lets you configure notification rules for stock issues and view the history of triggered alerts. Alerts can be delivered via email, Slack, or in-app.
Alert Rules
Configurable Conditions
| Condition | Trigger | Notification Channel |

| Low Stock | Product stock falls below low threshold | Email, Slack, In-app |
| Critical Stock | Product stock falls below critical threshold | Email, Slack, In-app |
| Stockout | Product reaches zero stock | Email, Slack, In-app |
| Dead Stock | No sales for configurable days (default: 90) | Email, Slack |
Alert History
Triggered Alerts
Shows a chronological log of all triggered alerts with the product, type, timestamp, and whether it has been acknowledged.

Notification Settings

Automation: Alerts are automatically checked during product sync. The Alert Engine evaluates all conditions and sends notifications based on your settings.
