Overview

View the history of all sync jobs — product syncs, order syncs, and full syncs. Monitor status, timing, and error details.

Sync Job Types

Automatic Sync

Cron Job

A cron job runs every hour to sync products from Shopify in the background. This keeps inventory levels up to date without manual intervention.

Troubleshooting: If a sync job is stuck in "processing" status, check the error message. Common issues include: Shopify API rate limits (auto-retry after 2s), invalid tokens, or database connection errors. Failed jobs can be retried by clicking Sync again.
