Overview
The Orders page displays all orders synced from your Shopify store. It provides a searchable, paginated list of customer orders with key details and a drill-down view for full order details including line items, customer info, and fulfillment status.
Synced Shopify Orders
Orders are synced from Shopify via the Orders API. The sync captures:
- Order number and creation date
- Customer information (name, email, shipping address)
- Line items (SKU, product name, quantity, price)
- Order totals (subtotal, tax, shipping, grand total)
- Financial status (paid, pending, refunded, etc.)
- Fulfillment status (fulfilled, partial, unfulfilled)
Sync Frequency: Orders are synced automatically based on the sync schedule configured in Settings. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Products page.
