Overview
Manage supplier contact information, lead times, and minimum order requirements. Suppliers are linked to products through the Product Detail page (Edit Suppliers modal).
Supplier Fields

Product-Supplier Assignment
Assignment Rules
- Each product can have up to 3 suppliers (Primary, 2nd, 3rd)
- Primary supplier cost syncs to Shopify
cost_per_item(marked with "Syncs to Shopify" badge) - Each assignment can override: cost per unit, lead time, and min order qty at the SKU level
- Edit Suppliers is available on the Product Detail page (not on the products list)
Supplier Performance
Tracked Metrics
| Metric | Description |

| Total Deliveries | Number of POs received from this supplier |
| On-Time Rate | Percentage of deliveries that arrived by expected date |
| Avg Fill Rate | Average percentage of ordered quantity that was received |
| Avg Lead Time | Average actual delivery time in days |
Performance data is recorded when a PO is marked as received (full or partial).
