Bulk Order Supreme – Privacy Policy

Bulk Order Supreme (“the App”) helps Shopify merchants provide a faster and more convenient bulk ordering experience. The App enables customers to select multiple products, variants, and quantities from a single order form and add them to the cart efficiently.

Personal Information the App Collects

From Your Shopify Account (upon installation)

Depending on the features enabled and the permissions granted to the App, we may collect and process:

  • Store Information – Store name, store email address, store domain, store currency, and other information necessary to provide the App’s services.
  • Product Data – Product titles, descriptions, images, variants, prices, availability, and related product information required to display products in the bulk order form.
  • Collection and Catalog Data – Information necessary to organize and display products to customers.
  • Theme Information – Limited theme-related information required to install, configure, or display the App’s bulk order functionality.
  • App Configuration Data – Settings, preferences, display options, and other configurations created by the merchant.

Customer and Storefront Information

When customers use a bulk order form powered by the App, we may process information necessary to provide the functionality, such as:

  • Products and variants selected
  • Quantities selected
  • Cart-related interactions
  • Customer information provided through Shopify, where required and permitted by the App’s functionality

The App does not independently collect payment card information. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and/or the applicable payment provider.

From You or Other Users with Admin Access

We may collect:
